I rented a bike here to go bike riding in downtown Detroit. The overall experience was great. The bike rentals are decently priced and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also provide helmets for Safety! I definitely recommend this place
Good service and prices. They were very accomadating to my last-minute rental. I was able to pick from a number of styles and was pleased with the bike I rented. TIP: if you have a certain time you need to meet people or be somewhere, arrive a few minutes early for check in.
One of the happiest staffed businesses in Detroit! I purchased a folding bike from them a few years ago and they contacted me directly regarding a recall on it. Impressive. And knowledgeable and helpful repair staff on hand as well. They are also great for bike rentals and tours.
Decent bikes of all kinds, very busy but the main staff inside was friendly and talkative. Made for a great experience. Loved experiencing the river walk on a bike.
Ran out of bikes and did not tell anyone in line waiting until they were all gone. Waste of time.
