Giving you back the reply, you guys sold me 2009mini Cooper clubman S. I can upload photos of the receipt and the mechanic bills too if you want to embarrass yourselves more! I even filed a complaint on you guys in BBB forum but you guys came up with the same non sense reply there! I did not want want to step into ditch further as I was busy getting rid of that car, so I did not move further.

I visited this place for a test drive and had a fantastic experience. From the minute I walked through the door, I was treated to the most awesome service ever. All of the salesman are very polite and very welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are the best. If you visit this dealership you won't regret it. I also want to tell you that I got lost and my sales representative stayed with me on the phone directing me to the dealership and then greeted me at the door. I am telling these guys are great.
Bought my very first car after the graduation here and got scammed. They sold me off a Cooper that was faulty, broke down on the highway the very next week after the purchase. Spent 4000 dollars on it only to know that it needs 8000 more to get fixed. Called the dealer back and they assigned me a mechanic who charged me though he did not do any repair. They have good scam network it seems. The sales person Ray was super smooth on business talk. Don’t get scammed by that. Had to trade in my car for a loss of 7000 dollars, rode just 300 miles on it and sat in the parking lot for 7 months. Awful experience of my life so far. Wish I could give some negative rating here.
