I came across Magical Touch carwash online as I was reading the reviews it had pretty good feedback from their customers. I drove the 15min to get my car cleaned from outside but mostly needed the inside first time at this business. As I pulled in noticed it was a very clean place I was then approached by a gentlemen who collects the money was very friendly and polite told him it was my first time here and was looking to clean inside and outside as well he then explained to me by detail on how the process works.The wash was outstanding 10/10 the inside was way more then I ever expected. As I waited in the waiting room the gentlemen from the front who I spoke with came inside the waiting room and asked myself and the other 2 gentlemen if everything was ok and if we needed anything. They really care about their customers. I don’t frequently write reviews but they had a sign hung up saying to rate them on goggle so I felt it deserved a 5star review and definitely will be back.
I would highly recommend this place. I went there because of its existing high recommendation and very true..both Mohammed and Mike were great, i will be going back definitely. I love in Detroit and its worth the drive.
This car wash is absolutely amazing. I brought my wives car to get it detailed and they found my wife's wedding ring that she had lost 3 months prior. it was valued at 13,000 and the gentleman that cleaned my car ran into the waiting room and handed it to me, and that really shocked me and made me happy. They really have the most honest employees. God bless the owners of this place and the work they do. I will definitely be back!!
Everyone was super nice. The guy that vacuumed out my car got every single bit. He spent probably 30 mins cleaning it. I have a dog and it takes forever to get the hair out, and it was perfect. They even came in and apologized about the delay. I didn't mind one bit! I watched this guy clean non-stop and work his tail off. I am overwhelmed at how impressive he is. And such a nice guy too. I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was there. I will be going back for sure!

I am not a frequent review writer but Magical Touch is a rare place deserving of top recognition. The service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.
