What a fabulous time I had at MGM Grand. My co-workers and I ate at Palette restaurant where Julie and her team were incredibly professional, friendly, and awesome. What a dynamic time we had. We will be returning and will tell all of our family and friends about our fantastic experience here at MGM Grand.
We stayed for two nights and we found the rooms to be very upscale. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and organized. If I had to nitpick anything, the website said there was free coffee in the lounge area but we couldn't find any. Other than that, we have no complaints about our stay.
Very nice room! Although it would have been nice to have some directions. Took me 5 min to figure out the workings of the hot and cold water in the shower, lol.
We enjoy the casino at MGM Grand, it looks and feels more like a Vegas casino than the others in the area. There's an excellent variety of slot machines and games. The staff is polite and attentive.
Room was clean and service was wonderful. Only wish they had better ventilation at the casino while you play. If you want to go to the smoke free tables there was only one issue, lack of waitresses. It took forever to get any drinks.
Charge $ for late check out. Until 3pm it was $90.
