We had a very positive experience during our visit. The staff is very courteous and punctual. We were in and out in 30 minutes or less. They are also very prompt in responding to email queries as well.

Excellent experience. I went to Detroit - Italian embassy for tourist visa this month. Consulate officer were quick and it took hardly 20 minutes to complete the whole visa process. Consulate officer - lady who helped me was really nice and friendly.
