Extremely rude and beyond unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very uncouth individuals working here. To be a business that often deals with grieving families, they are horrendous, despicable people, who act as if even the simplest of tasks such as answering a couple of questions to possibly obtain a sale is a burden to them. Extremely disappointed that they were among recommendations from a respected funeral home. I would not even refer this place to an enemy. Horrendous first and last impressions. Tacky, ignorant people.
I want to start by saying, this florist is a family owned florist. They have been in this location for a really long time. They were kind and polite people. I gave them a 3 because I think they are a little pricey for what you get. Some of my flowers started to wilt before I gave them to the person I bought them for. The building is not appealing at all, run down. I hate to be so harsh, I wanted to get flowers from a small business but, I should have known that being across the street from a hospital , their prices would be hire. I'm sorry to say, I wouldn't return a second time.
I called today and ordered the puppy bouquet.
The delivery was timely and the flowers turned out, beautiful. My mom loved it! Great customer service and good price!
