Very good customer service, almost everything you need to buy, cheap prices and good stuff.
Good local hardware store. I own a business in Hamtramck and this is my go-to place for all the hardware odds and ends I need. Not as cheap as a Home Depot or Lowe's, maybe, but the staff are friendly and helpful and I don't have take a long drive and then wait in line.
Great guys to work with, dropped a Uhaul off and helped lower the bill.
Store is very busy on Saturdays but they'll still get you taken care of.
Very poor service. Went to this store on Saturday to order 2 furnace parts. Fahed, who was assisting me, would go to the back of the store and back to the computer few times and after about 20 minutes asked me to come back on Monday to place my order. I came back on Monday but he was not in. I spoke with his nephew who very pleasant and I gave him copies that had pictures and description of the parts I needed and he put them on Fahed's desk. I also included my name and phone number. Since I did not hear from Fahed by Friday morning, I called him. He said that he would place the order and call me back but that did not happen. I called him again in the evening and again he told me that he would place the order and call me back that same evening. Never heard from him. Saturday morning, I went to Servall store in Warren and had my parts in couple minutes. What an excellent service. That same day I shipped those parts to Poland by express airmail.
