My business is right down the street. You get call operators that are rude, and the police actually never show up. I called on 4 different nights twice each night. They don't even show up.
I'm here now with my sister. She goes in tell them her boyfriend has choked her and took her phone she needs help. They tell her she needs to call 9-1-1.
Very friendly and understanding experienced staff
A man was just banging on my door at 1:40am crazy the 911 operated said she can't stay on the line with me until the police came...i begged her please...but no. But the police came in minutes. The officer got the man put him in the car and drove off. I never got a chance to say Thank you to the officers...so.... Thank you for being on time for me... Candy Cook
Just horrible service, this place is the pure example of not protecting and serving, I would be more detailed but this place has to many probelms It'd take me a day or two to list them all they need some Change of employees.
