Very good place in detroit if you are a student at university
Cons: The main desk reception is terrible. They give you trouble for everything from guests to packages and they are completely unhelpful. I don't think they realize they are employees who are there to help, and instead think they are just being gifted by the university with free money to sit in a chair. This is especially true with the desis. The goras are actually helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Pros: The living space is standard, the windows have nice views, and the maintenance is prompt. There are also a lot of Marathis/Kannadis/Gujjus which made me feel at home :) even though I'm from the states. Some people complain of cockroaches but I supposedly was on a floor infested with them but me and my BF kept the place clean and saw 0 cockroaches during our 4 years living in different rooms.
It is one of the residential buildings of Wayne State University from the seven (one more to come up in Anthony Wayne Drive soon, which will be the eight one). Great place to stay with all utilities included. The rents were monthly earlier but they have made it semester wise now. Students can choose where they want to stay but for freshmen year you must compulsorily stay in Yousif B. Ghafari Hall, Leon H. Achitson Hall or Towers Residential Suites as there is no alcohol consumption permitted in these buildings. All the housing facilitates were under Wayne State University Housing but now Corvias which has taken over Wayne State University Housing.
