My dog is highly sensitive to other animals and stresses very easy around other people. They have special places to sit where you can keep your dog away from any others, which is so helpful in my case. Staff is wonderful with animals, very patient and understanding. I've gone here numerous times, ranging from a quick nail trim to a full vaccination list to ear infections and they always take care of the situation. I definitely feel safe bringing my dog here and will be returning. Recommend to everyone who has pets!
Horrible Experience! They dont care about animals at all. My dog was inproperly spayed due to carlessness by the vet and now she has an infection. The staff put me on hold 5 times throughout the day and didnt seem to care about my concerns one bit. If you love your pet, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE
Everyone is nice and professional! The really take great care of my 2 dogs! I absolutely love them and the new facility.
