Walked in tonight. Wait staff were all standing around talking to eat other. I sat myself. They saw me. No one acknowledged my presence. I waited a few minutes. Eventually a girl brought me a menu then disappeared. I waited around for her to come take a drink order or something. She never came back. All the wait staff disappeared. I got up and left. Went to a deli near the restaurant. There were several of the crave wait staff their. Ordering food.... For themselves! Worst service ever at this place. Go somewhere where the people want to work. The single star was generous.
Nice place to sit & Hang on with friends. Fast & good service of food & liquor.
As an aside, a few minutes into eating my meal a woman from the kitchen (hair net, apron, etc.) sat next to me at the bar (even though there were more than a dozen seats available - 2 to my left and 6 to my right) and showed my backpack nearly off of the slave next to me so she could put "Crave" labels on the little plastic to go boxes!! She was pissed that I wouldn't move over so she could use the seating area that I (a paying - or at least trying to be a paying customer) was sitting at. Service had slid downhill almost everywhere but this is ridiculous!
20 minutes later, after watching the cook screw around all that time, I said to cancel it if the are too busy! 5 minutes later he had prepared my food but it took 10 minutes more to find the person to get the freaking check!!
Fast service and great staff! Don't have a lot of time and want something unique and fast? Go here! The Krab Rangoons were great!
Terrible service and at 7:20 am I was the only person in the huge bar area. I only wanted grapefruit juice, eggs, bacon and toast!
Good food fast service ! The eggroll Ruben is interesting idea. Taste like a deep-fried Ruben but lighter on the belly. The edamame is a neat spice blend with lime. And seared tuna is killer
The food was decent but expect to spend hours waiting if there are more than 3 people there.
