These people are crooks. You will be locked in the contract for years. They have AUTOMATIC CONTRACT RENEWALS, they will extend your contract without your knowledge. If you want to cancel the contract, you have to send a CERTIFIED LETTER to them during a certain TIME PERIOD otherwise, surprise surprise, you just got renewed for another 60 months!

Another issue, getting in touch with the management is impossible. And when you complain to the manager, even regarding poor service, they will tell you that they only work there and not the ones who make the decisions.
