THEN I LOOK ON THE WEBSITE TO FIND A NON LISTED NUMBER.. NOW I HAVE TO DO MORE SEARCHING. BECAUSE I AM NOT GONNA LAY DOWN FLAT OUT AND TAKE THIS LOSS.. I WILL NOT BE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN UNLESS THOSE TWO INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT WORKING THERE....

I GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT -10********** ON THE BEHALF OF THOSE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTENDANTS WORKING THERE.
YESTERDAY I WENT IN AND DID MY LAUNDRY. Everything CAME OUT FINE AS FAR AS WASHING. I used three 5 loaders.. Then I separated all my loads into 5 dryers.. Everything going good.. Until the dryer burnt my clothes.. Seriously.. I politely went to the attendant, explained my problem. It was a man n lady attendant. The lady asked how much money I put in the machine. I told her no more than a dollar. Which is true. I had just checked the load n it wasn't completely dry so I added another quarter.. Upon checking the load again my clothes were burnt.. I mean smoking hot. There was nothing to salvage and I tried.. The attendant explained that 18 minutes in the dryer for sheets was too long. The man attendant agreed. When they said that I was really through with the conversation.. Because I felt like they we're gonna stiff me and they did exactly that. They couldn't refer me to an owner basically she told me I was SOL.. No customer service skills nothing.. I was highly upset because of her unprofessional attitude. Basically when she told me I was SOL, I became very angry. They said it's signs posted.. Go at your own risk.. We'll truthfully that's a risk customers take when the go in knowing they are using a public facility. In point that sign is non avoid.. That dryer I used should have had an out of order sign on it and I wouldn't have used it. How was I supposed to know if I put my clothes in the dryer for more than 18 minutes it would burn my whole load completely... My other loads were fine..
I've always been treated well... They even added money to my Dryer.

I was upset at the customer service I recieved.. I was highly upset because those we're my sheets and towels that just came off my son and I bed.. My bathroom towels. I didn't have many but now I have none. I have no sheets for my bed. I was only able to get back one wash rag.. WE HAVE NO MORE LINEN. THE LITTLE I HAD GOT BURNT IN THEIR DRYER AND THEN THEY DIDN'T WANT ME TO BE UPSET. HOW!!!!! SHEETS ARE NOT CHEAP FOR QUEEN SIZED BEDS.. NOR ARE TOWELS AND SO FORTH. SHE FLAT OUT TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T ACCOMADATE ME!!!
