My brother, purchased a key from this company earlier this year to replace a lost key. The transaction went well but the key ended up falling apart a few months later. The first key transaction was 300$+ but the replacement is 100$.. We have been waiting for days for a replacement key. This company lacks integrity and respect for every conversation the lies begin to increase on the estimated arrival. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable. And finally after the long awaited arrival; this company was unable to get the key fixed and they are closed on New Year’s Eve.

I chose this company based on the wonderful reviews online. Sadly, my experience was quite different than that of most other customers. Perhaps they work well for quick jobs like "my car door is locked and I need it opened now". But for jobs that require follow-up communication or more than one interaction, my opinion is that you should look elsewhere. Perhaps they don't like people who live in old houses and require speciality locks. Perhaps they don't like women. Perhaps they don't like people who live in Detroit. Perhaps they don't like people with melanin. The reason why they told us they would do something then didn't, then gave me the run around by either not answering my call, saying they would call back and never did, and one time even hanging up on me is beyond me. I have waited almost 2 weeks to write this review because I wanted to give them a chance to right their wrong...clearly it's not going to happen. Horrible customer service experience. Beware.
After going through the reviews i chose this company and i am glad i did! Fantastic experience our home was broken into they showed up quicker then the police that i called. Not only fast but very friendly you can tell these guys know what they are doing. In conclusion this was a very terrifying situation but after they secured my house everything was back to normal. Thanks for making me feel safe again!! Will refer to everyone i know.
