Step son was admitted in ER for mental evaluation yesterday. Psychiatrist decided he needed further care. So he is waiting for placement. Tried to call today keep getting the runaround not answering phones connecting us to different area's feel we are being discriminated against because of him being mentally ill. We were there yesterday and couldn't really get any answers and he was never offered food or water not a happy person right now
Staff don’t care, The Doctors that’s caring for my step daughter don’t know what their doing. The Doctors at the nursing home told them her leg was Gangrene and They kept sending her back and now they cutting it off
This is the worst hospital. I cringe at the fact that my parents live in the area & if they should happen to be transported via ambulance this is where they need to go. I will never understand ppl that choose a career in human services are so lazy. Staff needs to take lessons from Sinai Grace Huron Valley its a totally different experience
Service and communication skills are poor. The wait is absolutely to long from check in to check out in the emergency department. Don't get me wrong there are some workers that are efficient, but the ones that sit around just talking and shopping on the computers are unacceptable. Sincerely from your long time patient.
These are some of the worst people to encounter. I would rather die on the streets then to ever be a patient here. These are selfish egotistic bitter stuck up snotty nose people. I would never want to be an employee here. But it is about a hand full of people out of the entire hospital that has beautiful spirits. If i could give this hospital a negative 10 ⭐s I would you people suck. Everything about you. You are the worst hospital in the world.
