Well the employees are nice, warm, receptive, efficient, respectful, helpful beyond measure, joyful, experienced, mature... I could go on and on! What a wonderful experience! I brought a book, a suitcase with a days worth of clothes(jk), a game and a crossword puzzle to this place, thinking I would be here for days.... Wrong! I was here for an hour and what a pleasant experience! Who owns this place and can you own other pertinent and county government buildings, serving Detroit/Wayne County! I needed a passport within two weeks. During my scheduled appointment, I was notified that it would be ready for pick-up within four days. The initial appointment was relatively short, and the agency was extremely efficient. When the passport was ready for pick-up I was in and out within fifteen minutes. As long as all of the required documents are completed and organized prior to the appointment, it is an easy, effortless process. Overall, the experience was as easy as it could have been, and the agency was extremely organized, prepared, and helpful in my situation.
