this is why are government is corrupted and in the toilet. I never get a call back and if I do talk to some one they TREAT YOU LIKE SCUM OF THE EARTH because you need help. My Medicare part b was taken away because the system was all messed up and I get punished for it
If there was a negative star i would have put it! I went there to drop off three papers... when i got in i was told i am to stand in the line of 15 people with only one customer service man available to help them, i stand in the line for 20 minutes, they were able to help only one lady in this 20 minutes and now i had like 13-14 people ahead of me. i go back to a lady that works there sitting next to the printer and ask her again if i have to stand in line for the next 2-3 hours to drop off some papers, she tells me yes i have to and it will only take 30 more minutes.... How hard is it for you to put a damn dropbox in there? really i am being serious is it so hard to think of a simple solution not to waste people's time ?.. JUST a damn drop box .
I am sorry I am chronically ill, I wish I had a job like yours and have more empathy towards people who are stressing over their Medicare and Medicaid
Miss.G Bell makes you feel like trash for needing help & makes rude comments. I requested another employee after several HORRIBLE phone conversations w/ Miss.G Bell. . . Miss.G Bell definitely has an attitude problem & doesn't care who she offends! My Bet she has alot of cats at home, I don't think ANYBODY wants to deal that Miss.G Bell She's a rotten woman! Just ugly!
My worker told me to be there between 10-4 to receive my bridge card. i got there at 12 and was told to wait until 1. at 1 a lady told me i had to wait until 2 in order to get my card but at 2 she then said it took an hour to process. moral of the story is i didn't leave until 3:40, which was almost 4 hours of me getting the run around.
Sounds like to me, many of these so called workers are in violations of Michigan State ethic codes as public servants. As a social worker or public worker within governmental facilities, ethic violations are a serious offense. You cannot be biased, discriminate and take clients situations personal. Seems like many have personal issues with clients and that's a violation. You are a professional public servant and need to ACT LIKE ONE. You do not abuse your power nor get personal with clients. If I were a client there and you unprofessional, unethical workers are making personal judgements on me even thought I qualify for help, I'd go past Lansing complaint department, and straight to THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and make a full complaint on the dhs office and the michigan state government concerning the practice of unethical behavior towards those who qualify but are being mistreated and unfairly targeted by workers based on the workers personal feelings towards them (DISCRIMINATION). Yall better set these people straight and force them to hire in professional workers instead of paying these bitter, miserable incompetent ones!!!
