The workers are very kind & helpful - I have to bring my elderly friend to the office & the workers are very patience with her
Horrible if u can go to another one go!!!! they always packed employees are horrible told me I couldn't use this paper for my name change but when I called social security number (who had me on the phone for 120 mins) just to tell me they do and go to a different office because I can use my g.e.d transcript!!! Don't go I'm telling go to the one in Redford
They are too d*** slow for no good reason. You will spend at least an hour at this location even if you bring everything you need. Try to go to another location if possible.
I don't know why everyone else doesn't like this place. But my experience was extremely good. I didn't have to wait long, maybe about only 15 minutes or less. And the lady that service me was so kind and patient. She helped me out with a lot.
This is the slowest, most talkative, unprofessional bunch of city workers I have ever come across! All I needed was a duplicate of my social security card and I've been here well over an hour and still haven't been assisted. If you can go to a different office do so!!!! I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy.
