The only reason this garage gets two stars instead of one is because of the location to the arena. Not having to go outside at all was really nice considering the temperatures. But that's where the positives end. The attendant was very rude when I handed her cash upon entry, and leaving was an absolute nightmare. There was NO direction given by anyone within the garage of how to exit. It was a "free for all" which meant just a complete backup. We parked on level 4 (level 3 is basically the first level the public can park on), and it took us about 40minutes to get out of the structure. We couldve walked to our hotel much faster. The ONLY benefit was that we were inside our warm vehicle. For $40 (which is pretty insane to begin with), I expected a streamlined exit. It was not worth the money compared to the service/experience even with the close location. I would not recommend to anyone until this garage gets the exit strategy figured out. I will not use again.
Great location but $40 to park here is about $15 too much. The big plus is that you don't need your jacket on cold nights as there's a covered/heated walkway into LCA that had its own security and ticket scanning. I didn't notice a line at any other doors, but this was super fast.
Convenient, but very expensive $40 for 3 hrs. They do take advantage of the convenience. Consider parking at another lot. It is cheaper and time saving when it comes to getting out o there.
High ceiling, wide aisles and easy to navigate. Can pre-purchase parking online. Covered walkway to the stadium. At $40, a bit expensive but worth it in the winter or for limited mobility folks. Getting to the entrance was odd because one side of the entrance road was closed. Sign listed passes-only but was able to enter and park. Will use it again.
$40 for parking is a ripoff. And then they tell you to park on the third floor but don't guide you to a spot when you get there. It becomes a free-for-all. Very dysfunctional. Joe Louis had better guidance and was only $20. $20 to $30 is reasonable. $40 is gouging.
