Nice place to park in downtown Detroit.
Have used this parking structure many times with no problems but was charged $20 for what was a $10 parking fee. Tried calling many times and no answer
Decent parking location, but don't try calling their phone number for any help. I've called this number many times with no answer. The one time I did get an answer and was able to ask if they could send me my reciept, they said yes, took my information and never sent it or called..... I'm still trying to get through again as we speak.... not great on the customer service end.
If you stay in our you have to pay $10 that's a little pricey what you say I should go to casino and park for free what's going on with this place you could even Gamble
This parking service is on point. Very convenient and always easy to enter and exit. We can get anywhere Downtown from here. Staff is very helpful.
