I really like this place. Which is weird to say about a parking lot. There is street art on each floor so I actually enjoy parking and driving through. The alley just outside the parking lot has street murals also. Very clean. They only downside is it is actually shaped like a Z so it can get confusing if you fail to remember what side of the Z you parked on.
This is a great place to park. It's clean, the art is very cool, and they even have restrooms which are also clean. It was only $20 to park for my event which is a good value. It's located by a bunch of restaurants, sports stadiums, etc... Seemed very secure. Everything was good. However, some of the people working there are dishonest. I had my parking validated at Punch Bowl Social and it was supposed to save me $5. My wife left hours before me and had her parking validated and it saved her $5 but when I gave them my validation ticket the woman working there told me that "They never allow validation vouchers in their garage." Now how can this be? I really don't care about $5 at all. It's not the point. The worker flat-out lied to me. Dihonesty in such a situation over a small amount leaves me to ask why? Are the workers running some kind of scam on the owner? What's the deal?
Employee told me I could park there overnight at no additional charge... Picked my car up in the morning and the automatic gates wouldn't let me out. I had to call for assistance and waited 10 minutes while someone took their time getting to me. They treated me rudely as if my story was made up. Then I waited another 10 minutes for the supervisor to show up and treat me similarly.
Really cool parking lot. There is an alley with amazing street art also on the inside of the building. Definitely a hidden gem of Downtown Detroit. Never actually been there for parking but there is a restaurant in the alley with good food.
This has to be the most artistic parking garage out there, with professional graffiti on every level. You can also get your ticket validated by restaurants and bars nearby
PS: Overnight parking has an additional fee regardless of what their employees tell you as you enter.
