The hotel as well as the staff is outstanding.
I'M VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL. CHECKED IN. I DID NOT READ THE CARD READER FINE PRINT JUST PAID WAS EXCITED TO BE HERE AND GAMBLE. SO I GO ROOM LOOK AROUND LAY AROUND SO THEN I GO TO MY CAR TO GET FEW THINGS. MY GF FROM COLUMBUS OHIO FIRST TIME IN DETROIT SMOKES A CIGARETTE. SO THEN SHE CALLS ME SAYS THE SECURITY IS KICKING US OUT. NO WARNING. AND THEN KEEPS MY 100 DEPOSIT AND CHARGES EXTRA 250. MY BEST ADVICE IF YOU SMOKE. GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

The view was breathtaking, the room servers were delightful and the room was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to visit again.
