Car rental company offering the same options as all of its competition. It is ok just they don't have the best offers
Jared & Cody (pardon me if I spelled your names wrong) were amazing. I was in town from Oregon for a conference & wanted to rent a car to drive to visit my son in Cleveland. Unfortunately my driver's license had expired the week before and there was no way I was going to get a car. Needless to say, I was devastated & to be honest a little scared to be in downtown Detroit with no one to turn to. Jared treated me very kindly & had Cody drive me to the bus station. Cody was so sweet to me that I hugged him goodbye. Thanks guys.
Don't even think about spending your hard earned cash here. I was getting some incomplete work done on my vehicle at MetroTech and per our agreement, they would get me a "loaner vehicle" which happened to be Enterprise in this case. Enterprise had agreed to pick me up from MetroTech except it took them 30+ minutes just to pick me up. Obviously, the manager at this location has a lack of resources (driver was nowhere to be found) plus she forgot that I needed to be picked up from MetroTech The situation itself was comical, because it took her an extra 15+ minutes just to pull the rental car out front. After all of this time, the vehicle I decided to use was barely cleaned AND the gas tank was on E. Granted, I was in a rush so I took it anyway then filled it to a half. Even if I chose another vehicle, there was always a possibility of it having its own share of issues. By this being a MetroTech rental, I couldn't be reimbursed for that particular gas expense. Ultimately, there was a ton of miscommunication, too much for something that could've been so simple. Customer beware, think twice before going to this branch.
