Overall experience was very good. I rented a 15 passenger Ford van. The first van they brought out had several dings all around it and the inside seating covers had spill spots on most of the seats. I asked for a replacement and they gladly obliged. Check in and check out was a breeze. Rate was excellent. Staff very helpful and courteous. Great experience. Would gladly rent again.

Renting from National is always a pleasant experience. Bypassing the checking counter and having the ability to select my own car from the Emerald Isle is so important to me and saves me a great deal of time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Returns are completed very quickly and I'm on my way. National is always the company I look for when I need a vehicle. Oh the cleanliness of the vehicles is top notch and I appreciate having the use of a clean car though out the week.
I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with this particular location I am originally from Detroit but I have lived Atlanta for over 11 years in each time I come home I usually deal with Hertz up until 5 years ago national Emerald club membership has been exceeding my expectations for a few years now . The only thing I can say negative or neutral that I've ever experienced with this location is that anyone that has a Michigan driver's license no matter what city they live in in the state of Michigan they automatically charge a $400 deposit fee on your credit card to rent a car from that location if you had a out of state driver's license it's a minor or minimal deposit fee that seems kind of weird but I'm not sure with the security risk is being a Michigan resident and renting from the Detroit metro airport I think that their corporate security needs to look into that . You shouldn't penalize a Michigan resident For renting a car at the local airport for whatever reason . I have an Atlanta drivers license so I'm not subject to that the ticular rule anymore but there are many many residents who are I'm just speaking out on their behalf because I've seen that happen recently .
My experience was fantastic. I was originally told there were no cars available so I called the 800 number and was told they could get me a car. When I arrived at the site the manager talked with me and I asked if there was a 4x4 and was originally told no. She then looked around and asked "how about a Ram truck?" I said yes and it was a 4x4 so it was perfect for the bad weather that Detroit was experiencing. Everyone that I worked with in Detroit was fantastic and the manager was especially helpful and great to work with. I would like to thank all of them for their help in getting me home during such a bad weather condition where my flight was canceled.
Excellent service. Car was clean and well maintained. First time experience in the Emerald Club. Choose any car you want (within car size) and drive off. Returning transaction was fast and clear.
