Terrible, terrible, terrible! I don't even know where to begin. When I arrived, the reservation was pulled up without problem but then the desk staff kept adding on costs that should have already been added in the initial booking (e.g. car seat). When I tried questioning it the girl completely ignored my question and kept repeating the same line, that the car seat would cost me X amount extra each day. I was so agitated and tired traveling with a 10 month old by myself that I finally gave up and said "well I obviously need the car seat or we're not going anywhere" and she added the fee. Cars were brought out back and just lined up with no one around to direct. I found the one that matched the description on my booking, with a car seat in the back, and figured it must be mine so I went to put my daughter in her seat. Then I realized that no one had installed the seat so I'm stuck with a 10 month old trying to figure out how to install an unknown car seat with an infant on my hip (if you're unfamiliar with car seats, every one is a little different and it's very important that they're installed correctly or else they're of little help to your infant). I look around, almost to tears at this point, and see a young man a little ways away coming off the lot. I call out to him and he graciously came over. He was very very sweet but was not well trained in car seat installation and was having just as much difficulty as I was having. Furthermore, he was unable to tighten the seat appropriately to the car, using the cables, in order to make it safe so we had to double up by using the seat belt installation as well which didn't sit well with me. Now my infant is hours past her nap all I want to do is get on the road so she can sleep. I finally get my little girl in the seat (after having to figure out how to loosen the straps without help) and finally go to leave almost 2 hours after I had initially arrived. As I pull through the exit to finally check out the girl at the booth tells me that she's having difficulty completing my check out and that I'm going to have to swing back around and go in the main building to have them troubleshoot it. Now I am in tears, my little girl cannot come back out of that car seat or the poor thing is going to have a complete sleep-deprived meltdown. I'm feeling like a terrible mom, even though none of it is my fault and I reluctantly turn back around. At the end of the day there were a couple of shining employees (e.g. the young man at the beginning and James at the end) but otherwise a TERRIBLE experience and the final cost was ridiculous. They care about the bottom dollar but not about customer safety or satisfaction. That car seat, guaranteed would not hold up to inspection and it's very disheartening that they leave parents with no option but to use their costly and unsafe child restraint gear.

Everything about this rental location was perfect. Reserved car was exactly where text said with helpful staff to boot. We were on our way in no time. Shuttle pickup is easy. Return area was also clearly marked with very nice personnel to see you through the checkout process and back to airport with ease. Would definitely use Hertz at this location again.

Very warm and friendly. Excellent customer service. These ladies have been there for 40 years. You can now select your vehicle from a large selection of new cars

Rudest bus driver I have ever experienced. Would not allow us on bus despite tight connection due to airport road construction.

Employees were great, but I wasn't that thrilled with the vehicle. I paid for a premium SUV and got a Mercedes GLC300. It was nice enough, but a little small for four people with luggage. I was also disappointed that it was dirty (on the outside) when I picked it up. The weather had been really nice, so there's no reason I should have gotten a dirty car. I didn't have time to switch when I picked it up. For some reason, I had to go to the counter, even though I'm a Gold member.

Excuse was no room for luggage. Had luggage been properly stored on side would not have been problem. Very inexcusable behavior.
