On Friday December 29, 2017 my daughter in-law got stranded in Detroit Metro for 12 hours with no money or anything to eat, the worthless airlines refused to help so I had to figure out how I could. I called multiple restaurants to place an order over the phone for her but none of them would accommodate me, until I called Champps. A very helpful man named Vinnie or Vincent told me he would be more than happy to assist her just have her come in she ordered I payed with my credit card and she finally got food after 10 hours in a airport. Vinnie did not have to do this but he is a man that understands the struggles of life and not how to rush judgment, thank you for everything Vinnie and I will pay you back someday for your kindness and hospitality. Just visit champs and Detroit never ever again will I go to another one there's no prices on your drink menu I got charge $30 to call me little drinks which is ridiculous like I said never ever again and also will tell all my friends
Never order a burger. I ordered medium rare and it came out raw.
Ok service. OK beer selection. Beer could be colder. Food is ok. Food is airport overpriced.
The food is garbage. Salads made with wilting bag lettuce, chips and queso looks like the emptied the bottom of the bag..... Nothing but small broken chips. Go to Ruby Tuesday's instead.
Wait staff is kind and attentive. Probably safe to order a beer here.
